    For new builds and extensive renovations:

    12 to 16 weeks from the initial point of contact to securing your building permits.

    9 to 12 months from receiving your construction certificate to completing your home.

    This means, on average, your home will be ready to move into within 12 months from the start of the process. In some cases, it may extend to 13 or 14 months, depending on the complexity of the project. We will keep you informed throughout, providing clear communication on all timelines and milestones to ensure you're always in the loop.
