This Dover Heights renovation transformed a dated semi into a refined coastal retreat inspired by the Greek Islands, with the client’s brief centred around creating a calm, light-filled sanctuary that felt warm, timeless, and effortlessly relaxed. The complete internal renovation incorporated soft architectural curves, microcement finishes, travertine tiles, oak timber flooring, custom joinery, and a sculptural custom concrete bathtub to create a cohesive and highly resolved interior palette. Skylights, seamless stone detailing, and carefully layered natural textures throughout the home balance elevated design with warmth, functionality, and everyday living.
